Meizu MX5 Complete Review
Meizu MX5 is a 5.5-inch display, the mobile is so good to hold with 7.6mm thickness and weighing 149 grams. supports octa-core MediaTek MT6795 processor which is clocked at 2.2 GHz and 3 GB of RAM. The phone comes in 16GB, 32 GB and 64 GB Storage variants with no micro SD card slot. It also comes in black, gold and silver. Meizu MX5 has a 3150mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery. The phone has something interesting called M charge it charges from 0 to 60% of charging in 40 minutes. Hardware of Meizu MX5 On the back, It has a 20.7 MP camera with f/2.2A aperture lens alongside that we have a laser autofocus and dual tone flash. On the right, It has both the volume buttons and power button. The buttons feel a pretty tactile response. On the left, It has SIM Card tray. Meizu MX5 allows two sim cards to be activated within the phone. On the top, It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and on the bottom, it has a micro USB port and the speaker. On the front, It has a traditional LED notification light (white). The home button is redesigned from MX4 small rounded to a bigger rectangular button. Meizu has added fingerprint scanner called M Touch. Software: The phone runs on Meizu’s own customized called FlyMe OS 4.5 which is based on Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. FlyMe OS 4.5 is not bad and designed well, but it could look farther from stock Android. Gallery The MX5 is running Android 5.0.1. The settings resemble something close to iOS. Cons of Meizu MX5: The settings app cannot be found on the pull-down menu. The buttons on this phone are cheap feeling buttons. The customized software from Meizu is very heavily themed software.
